Nairobi: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM
Other Counties: 2-5 business days
We deliver within each branch's service area. If your address is outside it, checkout will offer Pick-up instead.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for non-pharmaceutical items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to safety regulations, prescription medicines, opened health products and refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned.
