Nairobi: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM

We deliver within each branch's service area. If your address is outside it, checkout will offer pickup instead.
Delivery is charged by distance from the branch that fulfils your order, and you'll see the exact fare at checkout before you pay.
On orders from KES 3,000, LifeMed covers the first KES 300.

Temperature-sensitive items: Medicines requiring cold chain are delivered in specialized packaging to maintain efficacy.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for non-pharmaceutical items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to safety regulations, prescription medicines and opened health products cannot be returned.
